He was found stray and was a bit hungry and covered in fleas and ticks. After a meal and a good spa day he began to play and interact with others. His best friend has become a 3-yr old male Shih Tzu. Oscar has learned to sleep in his kennel and has learned the meal routine and eats very politely.
He is a little shy at first but loves attention and doesn’t take long to be your best friend. Sometimes he hops and dances around until you notice him.
He has been very housebroken.
